Trash Pickup
September 1 to June 30 - Once a week - Thursday's
July 1 to August 31 - Twice a week - Tuesday & Friday
Window Cleaning
Exterior window washing is scheduled in July each year.
Fireplace Chimney Cleaning
This service is normally performed in June in preparation for the upcoming winter season. Gas fireplace inserts are inspected for pipe separation and soot buildup. Chimney cleaning is at owner expense as needed.
Clubhouse Information
Lounge/Exercise Room/Game Room - Open All Year
7:30 a.m to 9:00 p.m. Daily
Hot Tub - Open Seasonally - 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Memorial Day to September 30th & Thanksgiving to April 15
